1. Check-in & Check-out
* Check-in: from 3:00 PM (self check-in, the key box is located at the entrance door).
* Check-out: by 10:00 AM

2. Reservations & Payments
* A reservation is considered confirmed once the booking confirmation has been received.
* Payment conditions follow the terms provided at the time of booking.
* Tourist tax is charged according to applicable local regulations.

3. Stay in the Apartment
* Please be considerate of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Parties and loud events are not allowed.
* Only registered guests may stay in the apartment.
* Please handle all equipment and furnishings with care.

4. Smoking
* Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
* Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
* Violating the smoking ban may result in additional cleaning charges.

5. Pets
* Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

6. Kitchen
* You may use the kitchen freely and responsibly.
* Please wash the dishes and clean the kitchen area after use.

7. Safety
* Always lock the door when leaving the apartment.
* Do not leave valuables in visible places.
* Fire extinguishers are available in the apartment.

8. Damages & Liability
* Please report any damages immediately.
* Guests may be required to cover repair or replacement costs for any damaged items.
* Casa MIAmore is not responsible for loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings.

9. Towels & Bed Linen
* Towels and bed linen are available throughout your stay.
* Additional cleaning or replacement can be arranged upon request.

10. Departure Instructions Before leaving, please:
* Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances.
* Close all windows and lock the door.
* Dispose of waste according to the provided instructions.
* Return the keys to the locked key box at the entrance and make sure to lock it.

11. Local Regulations
The guest agrees to comply with all regulations of the city of Ostuni and the region of Apulia.
