1. General Provisions

These cancellation terms govern the cancellation of accommodation reservations at the Casa MIAmore apartment. By submitting a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Free Cancellation

• You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• In the event of cancellation 30 days or more before arrival, the guest will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

3. Cancellation Fees

• If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be charged.
• In case of a no-show, a fee of 100% of the total price will be charged.

4. Change of Dates

• A change of dates may be made no later than 14 days before arrival and is always subject to current availability.
• If the change cannot be accommodated, the standard cancellation terms stated above shall apply.

5. Early Termination of Stay

In the event of early termination of the stay by the guest, no part of the paid amount will be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation by the Accommodation Provider

The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, force majeure). In such cases, the guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid or will be offered an alternative date.

7. Method of Cancellation

The cancellation must be made in writing:

• by email to: info@casamiamore.com, or
• through the reservation system, if used by the guest.

The effective date of cancellation is considered to be the date the message is received.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the reservation, no later than 14 days from the confirmation of cancellation.
